CHANGING of the GUARD PPV

DARK MATCH

RICHIE STEAMBOAT (w/ Hot Stuff Inc)
versus
"ADORABLE" ADRIAN ADONIS (w/ Sammi Lane)

with versus with

The set of Missy's Manor opened the show, and Hyatt used the time to once again tout the future potential of her superstar Richie "Young Dragon" Steamboat. This time however, her bravado was interupted by the Adorable One and his stylist Sammi Lane. Dueling mics segment, with Adonis touting the "Flower Shop" as the best interview segment in BCCW. Leads to an immediate match. Richie Steamboat wins the match with a flying body press after a Hyatt/Sammi Lane altercation results in Hyatt slapping the taste out of Sammi's mouth and her little stuffed teddy bear out of her hands to a big pop. Adrian and Lane regroup and retreat to the locker room while Hot Stuff Inc celebrate in the ring.

Winner: RICHIE STEAMBOAT

We are LIVE from BCCW's "CHANGING of the GUARD!!!
Introducing the announce team for this evening...

MSD, Matt Striker and the Honky Tonk Man.

Cue event theme song and let's get right to the action!!!

1) WADE BARRETT versus DOLPH ZIGGLER
(w/ special referee Bobby "the Brain" Heenan)

versus (special referee)

Dolph Ziggler beats champion Wade Barrett to claim the Million $$$ championship after mechanization from referee Bobby Heenan prove they had conspired against Barrett. This does the double-duty of generating heat for Ziggler (by heeling it up with Heenan and the Dynasty and stealing the belt) while officially turning Wade Barrett face. BCCW fans have been clamoring to cheer for the big man ever since he drove Ted Dibiase Jr from the organization. Post-match fans get a happy ending when Barrett chases the new Million $$$ champion Dolph Ziggler from the ring and hits a barbaric "Wasteland" on Bobby Heenan in the center of the ring.

Winner (and NEW Million $$$ champion): DOLPH ZIGGLER

(Million $$$ Championship match)

BLK MOBB versus USO's (w/ Tamina)

versus

The Uso's, Jimmy and Jey, beat Sabian & Ruckus (BLK MOBB) via pinfall after stereo Superfly splashes off the top of the steel cage (punctuated by a post-match splash through a table by Tamina!) BLK MOBB had shown signs of miscommunication during the match, and wound up being overcome by BCCW's newest tag team flavor of the month. The Uso's sophisticated, college-educated street style was in direct contrast to the Mobb's ignorant G-swagger and the two teams put on an exhilarating series of matches. Feud ends tonight with the BLK MOBB once again being stretchered out of the arena at the hands of Jimmy, Jey & Tamina.

Winners: THE USO's (w/ Tamina)

(Steel Cage Match)

Jake "the Snake" Roberts takes the ring with his Triple C's conglomeration ("Crooked Cannibal Cartel") and cuts a promo. "Sick" Nick Mondo, Madman Pondo, Thumbtack Jack (who is now leashed to) Pogo the Clown and Serena all stand behind him in stone cold agreement. Standard "we're taking over BCCW" stuff. Suddenly, he is cut off by "Bad Street USA" and their challenge is answered by the rowdy Fabulous Freebirds!

3) FABULOUS FREEBIRDS versus TRIPLE C's (w/ Jake "the Snake" Roberts & Serena)

versus

Officially competing for the Triple C's is Mondo, Pondo and Pogo the Clown. Fabulous Freebirds start the match hot and heavy, running through all their most popular babyface spots. Thumbtack Jack gets the worst of it and winds up hung over the top rope by his dog collar and leash. But eventually, the massive Pogo the Clown turns the tide on the Freebirds and the entire match quickly dissolves into a brutal, bloody, crowd-quieting beatdown on the Freebirds. Quick, merciless and utterly devastating. Freebirds are spike-piledrived, pillmanized and put through tables by the frenzied Triple C's. They send a frightening message to the rest of BCCW tonight by eradicating the legend of the Freebirds forever.

Winners: CROOKED CANNIBAL CARTEL

(Impromptu Six-Man Tornado Tag match)

4) SHEAMUS versus ABDULLAH the BUTCHER (w/ The Grand Wizard)

versus with

Sheamus beats Abdullah the Butcher by chain choke-out submission in a violent, bloody brawl that spilled all over the Broken City Slaughtahouse. Sheamus has proven who the true Beast of BCCW is by single-handily destroying two of the biggest names in hardcore wrestling history and outsmarting their most devious mind. The Grand Wizard is left speechless in shock at matches end - the first time the legendary motor mouth has ever been silenced.

Winner: SHEAMUS

(Chain Match)

5) DAN SEVERN versus KEN SHAMROCK

versus

Swerve. 5 minutes before match-time Ed "Strangler" Lewis announced that Shamrock suffered a cut in training and WILL NOT be participating in the match tonight (shades of his last second pull-out of the Kimbo Slice fight). Suddenly, an unprepared Desmond Wolfe is somehow brought into the equation and winds up getting thrown to the wolves by Strangler and Shamrock. Dan Severn smothers Desmond Wolfe into a quick submission, and then locks him in it until he rips the pectoral muscle right off the bone (shades of his old submission victory over D'Lo Brown that made him wear the chest protector). Desmond Wolfe has been permanently crippled at the hands of the "Beast" who stares daggers at Strangler & Shamrock as they drag Wolfe's broken carcass backstage. They look slightly intimidated.

Winner (by submission over Desmond Wolfe): DAN SEVERN

(BCCW Shoot Fight)

6) MIL MASCARAS versus CODY RHODES

versus

Cody Rhodes successfully umasks the Mexican legend in arguably the best match of the night. The two opposing forces clashed on the mat and in the air, with the crowd vociferously behind each man. At one point, after a "Beautiful Disaster" strike from Rhodes left Mascaras stunned - he quickly unmasked Mil only to find him wearing a second mask! Mascaras earned the closest near fall of the night after hitting a stunning flying cross body block from the top rope to the arena floor on Rhodes. But the time it took for him to drag Rhodes' limp body into the ring cost him a precious victory. A Cross-Rhodes from Cody on a steel chair permitted him to pin Mascaras and then strip him of his mask. You never saw Mil's face, who covered it quickly with a towel and fled the country, but you certainly saw Cody Rhodes proudly brandishing the mask post-match like a hunter with a scalp, flashing his picture-perfect smile.

Winner: CODY RHODES

(Mask Match - either Mascaras loses his, or Rhodes must wear one)

7) ALEXXIS NEVEAH versus ALOISIA THE AMAZON (w/ Lizzy Borden)

versus with

Aloisia the Amazon dominates Alexxis in a quick, brutish squash to become the new WWW champion. It wasn't even fair this time around, Aloisia quickly overpowered, tossed and choke slammed Alexxis like a rag doll. Postmatch, Borden seductively straps the title belt around Aloisia's waist and crawls around and under her legs like a snake while Aloisia holds her both her arms aloft in victory. The 10th Wonder of the World has arrived.

Winner (and NEW WWW champion): ALOISIA the AMAZON!!!

(WWW Championship match)

8) HULK HOGAN (1987) versus TRIPLE H (2001)[/size]

versus

"Mr Wonderful" = Triple H
"Steel cage" = BCCW ring

The height of Hulkamania versus the depths of depravity (and terrifying reign of the McMahon-Helmsley era). Hulk Hogan wins clean via pinfall after the legdrop. Good, solid match between two legends in their prime. Displays of power come out mostly even, slightly favoring the Hulkster. So in a climatic moment of the match, Triple H clobbers Hogan with the sledgehammer drawing a river of blood. 1 - 2 ... KICK OUT! Kick wham PEDIGREE! 1 - 2... KICK OUT! HULK UP! YOUUUUUU!!!! Punches, punches, Irish-whip, big boot, legdrop. 1 - 2 - 3! Wave the American flag!!!

Winner: HULK HOGAN (1987)

9) TRUSTBUSTERS versus DUDLEY BOYZ

versus

The Dudley Boyz beat Lou Thesz & Jack Swagger to win the BCCW tag team titles. Exciting, back-n-forth match made even more lively by dueling chants from the audience (some favoring the Dudz, others cheering on the Trustbusters). Lou Thesz had been forced out of the ring by the referee, allowing the Dudz to use a double-team to overcome a "Catalina Wine Mixer" (gutwrench powerbomb) attempt by Swagger and drive the All-American American through the mat with a 3D for the pin. The Dudleyz have asserted themselves as the best tag team in history. Period.

Winners: (and NEW BCCW tag team champions): DUDLEY BOYZ

(BCCW Tag Team championship)

10) JOHN CENA versus TOOTS MONDT versus "NATURE BOY" BUDDY ROGERS

versus versus

John Cena retains the BCCW championship and gains control of BCCW after pinning Toots Mondt with a modified top-rope Attitude Adjustement. There was no cooperation between any of the men in this match and it led to a lot of tense, physical exchanges. Cena overcame a ringpost-assisted Figure 4 from Rogers and an omoplata (the unicorn of MMA manuevers) from Toots Mondt amongst other things. Later, he had Rogers tapping frantically to the STFU but the ref was tied up by Mondt. Postmatch, all the balloons and confetti "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers had positioned above the ring before the match (anticipating his own future win, like the 1969 LA Lakers) came raining down on the champ John Cena.

Winner (STILL BCCW champion and NEW BCCW owner): JOHN CENA

(World Title match and control of BCCW)

MSD's ETERNAL WRESTLING TRUTHS #5: Wrestling is Drug-Related

You know the deal. Does this one even need an explanation? Granted things have changed somewhat in the industry these days (just ask my boys Trent Acid and Lance Cade) but not much. In the grand scheme of life we are defined by three major objectives - CURRENCY (aka "money"), SEX and DRUGS. All of them are a high of some kind. We live for it, we crave it. We can't deny it's powerful allure. Why are so many wrestlers called "lifers"? Why does Roddy Piper describe "the sickness" like it's some kind of external narcotic that once in your veins, traps you for life? Because we're all striving for that ultimate high, whether it be caffeine, adrenaline, kinky fetishes or just straight up getting wasted. Wrestling is drug-related because drugs are the lifeblood pumping through the central heart of the industry. Whether it's the Straight Edge "high" of competing in the ring in front of thousands (or dozens, depending on your level) or it's the somas, Coronas (with lime) and zoners. Either way, we ain't fighting for what's right - we're still fighting for what's left. So spark that blizz and peep the next chapter in BCCW.

FIRST HIT IS 4 FREE PPV ("Pyramid's Peak" Hype-Show)

1) CRYME TYME versus SHEEPHERDERS

versus

Cryme Tyme wins by pinfall, igniting the crowd and shutting the door on the Sheepherders BCCW experiment for good. They embarass and fool the gritty New Zealanders with slick moves, disrespectful antics and mucho street swagger. Shad Gaspard nearly kicks Butch's head off to put the exclamation point on this match. MASSIVE pop for the Brooklynites.

Winners: CRYME TYME

2) MARK BRISCOE versus CODY RHODES

versus

Cody Rhodes wins by pinfall. During his ring entrance, he still carries the mask he won from Mascaras. Commentator Matt Striker makes note of how Mark Briscoe has been devastated by the career-ending injury to his brother at the hands of the Dudley Boyz (let him go to CiG land where they play fight with pillows). Good, solid exchange between the two grapplers and Cody wins with a Cross-Rhodes after about 7 minutes of action.

Winner: CODY RHODES

3) POGO the CLOWN (w/ Serena) versus RYAN DANGERFIELD

with versus

This match isn't even fair. Complete squash from top to bottom, as Pogo the Clown just has his way with Dangerfield. Ever since dropping the SES routine and returning to his roots (at the behest of the evil Jake "the Snake" Roberts) Pogo the Clown has been at his despicable, vile worst. Some say he's been manhandling Thumbtack Jack backstage if you know what I'm saying... Anyways, back to the match. Pogo hits his "Buried in the Basement" flying splash to completely annihilate the young Aussie. But instead of going for the pin, at the behest of Serena, he scales the ropes to squash him one more time... when an audience member jumps up to save Ryan Dangerfield and goes face to face, belly to belly with the massive clown. Who is this giant barefoot man with overalls??? Why, it's HAYSTACKS CALHOUN!!! Here in BCCW to take out the trash!

They brawl briefly before Haystacks gets the upper hand, SLAMS Pogo the Clown... and Ryan Dangerfield swoops in with a top rope Warriorz Way for the decisive pinfall!!! Dangerfield has done it again!!!! Pogo and Serena regroup while Haystacks Calhoun just stares him down from the middle of the ring! Oh my what a titanic clash!!!

Winner: RYAN "White Flash" DANGERFIELD

Cut backstage where there is some kind of disturbance...

versus

There we find Batista beating the ever loving crap out of Bruno Sammartino. Brutal, unrestrained assault culminating in a giant Batista-bomb through a bunch of packing crates. The real damage we would come to find out later, came from a Batista lariat that literally broke Bruno's neck upon impact. Batista glares at the dead and crumpled Bruno Sammartino and silently walks away.

4) "ADORABLE" ADRIAN ADONIS & SAMMI LANE versus RICHIE STEAMBOAT & AKSANA (w/ Missy Hyatt)

versus with

Entertaining mid-card filler. Adonis and Lane display adorable chemistry in their bumbling, inept heelish fashion while still displaying a vicious cunning in their heel beatdown segment on Aksana. The Lithuanian maid's time in the ring is kept short, in favor of showcasing the precision and skill of Richie "Young Dragon" Steamboat. He scores a pinfall on Adonis with a top rope cross-body block after Missy Hyatt slaps the taste out of Sammi Lane's mouth on the outside.

Winners: HOT STUFF INC. (Richie Steamboat & Aksana w/ Missy Hyatt)

KEN SHAMROCK versus JACK SWAGGER
(Submission match)

versus

This match came about as result of the ever increasing strain between GDT Inc's strong-arm branch (headed by Strangler Lewis) and the Shooters Club, and the argument over the origins of the ankle lock in pro wrestling (Shamrock invented the hold, not Kurt Angle). Everybody knows that Swagger and Thesz (the Trustbusters) are scheduled for a championship rematch at "PYRAMID's PEAK". So Shamrock and Strangler made sure to strike directly at Swagger's pride and wrestling pedigree to draw him into this match on the eve of his big title fight. Highly psychological match that ends after a near-15 minute struggle with Shamrock sinking the climatic Ankle Lock for the victory. Shamrock makes sure Swagger is injured going into the PPV, and just plain outperformed him tonight.

Winner: KEN SHAMROCK

6) RUCKUS versus SABIAN

versus

Winner: SABIAN

Cue "Knife Called Lust" by Hollywood Undead.

Enter Lizzy Borden and the new WWW champion Aloisia the Amazon.

Lizzy takes the mic first, followed by Aloisia for emphasis. We came, we saw, we conquered, and we came again. Nobody is in Aloisia's league.

Interrupted by "EXXZCUSE MEEE! EXXZCUSE MEEE!" in an exaggerated French accent. Introducing MR. OOH LA LA!!! (as he tells you himself many times over)

Face to chest with the champion Aloisia as he does he funny little French rant. Combination of Santino Marella, Crash Holly and the Zombie from ECW Episode #1. Predictably, and too a good reaction, Mr Ooh La La's challenge is immediately answered.

7) ALOISIA the AMAZON (w/ Lizzy Borden) versus MR. OOH LA LA

with versus

Quick squash, as Mr. Ohh La La runs through all the classic Heel-in-peril bits with comedic perfection. Big boot, double-fisted chokeslam, 1-2-3. Aloisia stands over Mr Ooh La La's unconscious body while Lizzy Borden wraps herself around her seductively.

Winner: ALOISIA the AMAZON

8) "NATURE BOY" BUDDY ROGERS versus WADE BARRETT versus DOLPH ZIGGLER
(Million $$$ Championship match)

versus versus

Dolph Ziggler retains the Million $$$ championship with a pinfall on Wade Barrett. Exciting triple threat match, with Buddy Rogers trying to throw his lot in with whichever man had the advantage, while Ziggler and Barrett fought tooth and nail. During the course of the match Buddy Rogers low-blowed Ziggler and chop-blocked Barrett's knee on a Wasteland attempt, so he spread the love around. But the cowardly heel got his comeuppance after a raging Barrett uppercut propelled him from the ring, allowing Ziggler to Zig-Zag a distracted Barrett for the pinfall. Post match, Rogers tried to buddy up to Ziggler in victory, offering his hand and hamming it up for the crowd. Ziggler surveyed them for a reaction before shaking Rogers hand and mouthing the words "Thank You". Then when Rogers turned around in triumph to gloat about his cunning guile some more, Dolph Ziggler zig-zagged him from the back to a massive pop. Ziggler steps over Rogers (writing in pain) and holds his Million $$$ belt aloft. King of the Diamond Dynasty.

Winner (and STILL Million $$$ champion): DOLPH ZIGGLER
